We are an online health and wellness coaching service offering tailored, one-to-one support in a safe and trusting space. Coaching is client-led and evidence-based, drawing on lifestyle medicine, positive psychology and health psychology to help identify unhelpful habits and replace them with sustainable, healthy behaviours. With a holistic focus on both mind and body, each session blends support and challenge to guide meaningful, lasting change.

Your Coaching Options
Reclaim to Inspire offers personalised online coaching packages designed to support your wellbeing, helping you build sustainable habits and achieve your health goals.
Standalone Session
A single coaching session (up to 2 hours) for those new to coaching or with specific health goals. This session helps you explore your priorities, set actionable steps, and gain guidance to move forward.
Three-Session Program
A short-term coaching package over approximately six weeks, ideal for clients seeking a more in-depth approach. Each session builds on the last, providing accountability, personalised action plans, and ongoing support between meetings.
Six-Session Program
A comprehensive 12-week program for clients wanting to fully explore and transform their health goals. Each session is client-led, combining guidance, discovery, and practical action planning, with support between sessions to ensure lasting results.
